Product description

The QSA500N is an integrated Applications Gateway offering IP-PBX, Server & Router functions that provide VoIP (SIP) and PSTN (FXS, FXO and PRI-ISDN/T1/E1) ports with Wi-Fi in the same box. The system is ideally suited for hosting all business applications (Voice, Data, Networking & Security) of Small & Medium Enterprises (SME) where a single integrated system replaces multiple systems with discrete functionalities. The QSA500N is a configurable and scalable system that can support up to 25-200 concurrent calls, either VoIP or PSTN. The number of users can scale from 50 to 1000 through our proprietary load-balanced FXS Port Extender “Balanced Bank™” (QSB100N)and GSM Gateway (QSG300N) units respectively, which connect and extend QSA 500N through Ethernet or USB ports respectively. The architecture of QSA500N is built around Si3D’s proprietary line cards and DSP modules, around Intel Platform running Asterisk™ Unified Communication Platform with Elastix™. The modular architecture of the QSA500N series allows Si3D to offer the system in various sizes and capacities to SME customers, so they can choose the right product depending on their specific needs. It also allows the customers to choose any of several different combinations of telecom ports.

Multiple
configurations of QSA500N are available to support 100, 250, 500 & 1,000 Concurrent calls. Each of these IP-PBXs provides a flexible combination of a limited number of FXS, FXO and PRI ports within the same box. The number of telecom ports can be increased by connecting a number of BalancedBank™ - FXS Port Extenders through Ethernet links. Each BalancdBank™can provide up to 64 FXS ports. Each connected BalancedBank™ also shares a part of the processing load from the main processor in the IP-PBX, thus balancing the processing load across the sub‐systems
